Meet Mr. Rocky! This ham of a hound was found as a stray near Hicksville, OH and was brought in by the police department. After being posted for several days and with no owner coming forward, Rocky is now looking for a forever family to call his very own.Rocky is a happy-go-lucky fellow that always has the biggest grin on his face. This pup has seemingly never known a bad day and has a permanently wagging tail. He has done excellent with all of the humans he has met and doesn't seem at all bothered by the other shelter dogs. Because of his good attitude, we think he would likely do just fine in about any type of home.
